FAQ
Common questions about how Nika Consultant works, what an engagement looks like and where AI fits into sales and service.
Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the practice of aligning a company's sales, marketing and customer service around one shared goal: predictable revenue growth. Instead of disconnected teams, tools and data, RevOps connects them into a single system with clear process, clean CRM data, agreed handoffs and unified reporting, so fewer leads slip through the cracks and leadership can actually forecast.
A RevOps consultant finds the bottlenecks holding back revenue and puts the structure in place to fix them. That can mean building a sales function from scratch, tightening an existing process, designing a CRM pipeline, integrating the tech stack, or training and managing a team. Nika Consultant's focus is hands-on delivery. Adam Corby works inside the business to implement the changes, not just recommend them.
Nika Consultant works with small and medium B2B and B2C businesses that have hit a wall in sales and need to grow without simply adding headcount. Typically that's a founder or leader who knows the current approach has stalled and wants a practical, proven way forward, often using AI to make that growth achievable at a lower cost than hiring.
It depends on the work, and the range is deliberately wide. Short-term engagements usually run around three months, covering process improvement, team training and strategy. Deeper, embedded builds run six to twelve months and cover ground-up sales functions including CRM build-out, documentation and hiring. Smaller pieces, like building a Claude skill for sales or setting up a sales platform, are shorter still. Every engagement is scoped to the outcome rather than forced into a fixed timeline.
Pricing depends on the deliverables and the time involved, so every engagement is quoted individually. It starts with a free discovery call to understand what you actually need, and from there Adam builds a Statement of Work with clear scope and cost, delivered as a fixed-price project, a monthly retainer for embedded work, or a one-off hour. Full detail is on the pricing page.
Every engagement is measured on one thing: revenue growth. For Quadrix, a family-run Salesforce ISV in Niš, Serbia, the sales operation built from scratch generated six-figure revenue. Other engagements have delivered turnkey sales blueprints covering ICP, playbook, CRM and roadmap, built to a Statement of Work and handed over for the client's own team to run with. The work is designed around real pipeline and real wins, not activity for its own sake.
Nika Consultant is tool-agnostic and adapts to whatever stack fits the business. The deepest experience is in Salesforce and HubSpot, but the same principles carry across CRMs, enrichment platforms, dialers and outbound tools, so an existing stack is easily picked up and a new one built to suit.
AI handles the repetitive work of research, drafting, CRM admin and enrichment, so the seller can focus on selling. In practice Claude sits at the centre of the workflow, connected through MCP (Model Context Protocol) to Salesforce, Gmail, Apollo and the rest of the stack, and every outbound message is drafted against defined standards and approved by a named human before it sends.
No, AI on its own isn't a sales strategy. Effective outbound is multi-channel and includes picking up the phone. AI is an accelerator that makes each channel faster and better-researched, not a substitute for real selling. Used that way it lifts output significantly; used as a shortcut to avoid actual outreach, it fails.
No. AI is an accelerator, not a replacement. Every message goes out under a named seller who owns accuracy, tone and compliance, and nothing reaches a prospect without human approval. The goal is to lift what a lean team can produce, so quality scales with volume instead of against it.
Expect a minimum of three months, and often up to six. Rushing a new rep is the fastest way to make them fail. A cold inbox, for example, has to be warmed correctly before any real volume goes out, which is a two-to-four-week process on its own. That early patience is exactly what produces good deliverability, real conversations and a pipeline that lasts.
Embedded means Nika Consultant works inside your business alongside your team, rather than advising from the outside. That includes the hands-on work of CRM builds, playbooks, hiring and training, and on longer engagements owning outbound performance and pipeline directly as an interim Revenue Operations lead.
Nika Consultant is based in Europe and works with clients across Europe, the UK and the USA. Work is delivered remotely from a dedicated office, which keeps engagements flexible across time zones.
Every engagement starts with a free discovery call to work out what's actually holding growth back and whether Adam is the right person to help. From there you get a clear Statement of Work with scope and cost. Get in touch through the contact form or email acorby.consulting@gmail.com.
